stall


these structures, primarily in the lower ninth ward, are new builds (post katrina) that for one reason or another were abandoned mid-construction. they hint at unrealized aspirations for the languishing neighborhood that is for the most part completely barren - just head-high grass in lots amongst the grids of streets and powerlines.
